This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to The Final Fan landing page at thefinalfan.com, operated by Jolly Empire Ltd.

Who we are

Jolly Empire Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site.

What we collect

If you sign up for our launch notification, we collect one piece of personal data: your email address. We also automatically log standard web request information (IP address, browser user agent, referrer) for short periods to protect the site against abuse.

Why we collect it

We collect your email address for one purpose only: to send you a single notification email when The Final Fan game opens for World Cup 2026.

We will never send you marketing emails. We will never sell, rent, share, or otherwise pass your email address to any third party for marketing purposes.

Our legal basis

Under the UK GDPR, our legal basis for processing your email address is your consent, given when you submit the signup form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@thefinalfan.com and asking us to remove your address. Doing so does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Where it's stored

Email addresses are stored with our email delivery provider, Resend, who acts as a data processor on our behalf. Resend may process data outside the UK; where it does, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address only until we've sent the launch notification. After that single email goes out, we will delete the list within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days of the tournament's conclusion) unless you have separately opted in to further communications. If you unsubscribe before the launch notification, your address is removed immediately.

Cookies and tracking

This landing page sets no analytics or advertising cookies. We use no third-party trackers. If that changes in future, we'll update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we've handled your data wrongly
