These terms apply to the pre-launch landing page at thefinalfan.com. By using the site or submitting your email address, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Separate, more detailed terms will apply to the game itself when it launches. We'll publish those before the tournament begins.

Who we are

What this site does

Right now, this site does one thing: it lets you sign up to be notified by email when The Final Fan World Cup 2026 game opens. The game itself is not yet live. The descriptions of gameplay on this page describe our intended product and may change before launch.

Email signups

When you submit your email address, you're giving us permission to send you a single notification when the game launches. We will not send you marketing messages. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle your data.

No guarantees

We're building toward a launch in time for the World Cup, but we make no contractual guarantee that the game will launch on any specific date, in any specific form, or at all. Force majeure happens. World Cups get reorganised. Code breaks. Use of this landing page does not create any contract for the future supply of the game.

Acceptable use

Don't try to abuse this site: no scraping, no automated signups, no attempting to break, overload, or probe the site for vulnerabilities. We may remove email addresses we believe have been submitted in bad faith or by bots.

Intellectual property

The Final Fan name, logo, and the design and content of this site are owned by Jolly Empire Ltd. Country names, flags, and references to FIFA, the World Cup, and competing nations are used purely descriptively to describe a football prediction game; we claim no affiliation with FIFA or any football association.

Liability

This is a free pre-launch sign-up page. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jolly Empire Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this page or from any delay or failure to send launch notification emails. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms before launch. Material changes will be noted by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
